We used Excellent Exteriors to clean the exterior of our house and some paved areas. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. Osbaldo H., the crew leader and along with his partner, were very polite and professional. Osbaldo took the time to walk the home with me prior to start and explain the process and then walked with me after completion to ensure I didnt have any questions. I have white fiber cement siding that cannot be powerwashed by someone who does not have experience with this type of material. Highly recommend this company for all your powerwashing needs.

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. I will definitely be hiring them to come out to my home EVERY YEAR to make it squeaky clean. We suffer from these terrible Asian lady beetles, that haunt us for a good month and a half. They leave a nasty residue of reddish/brownish/ orange color behind, (on my pure white home) which is very difficult to clean off. Excellent Exteriors were able to clean up the unsightly mess from these bugs! Not to mention, we had a green algae starting to form on our house and they removed it like it was nothing. They also offer a one year warranty on their work, which is a no-brainer. So, if any green discoloration comes back, they’re out in a heartbeat to clean it. The Woman that took my original call, was able to answer all of the questions that I had. The gentleman that performed the service, not to mention it was 40° out, was extremely kind, I felt like I was talking with family. Overall, we are tremendously happy with the results and will definitely continue to conduct future business with them. Thank you again.

This is the first time that our board of directors approved lights for our community clubhouse and we chose Excellent Exteriors LLC. Nick provided a thorough proposal explaining everything that we would receive and when it was time for the lights to be put up, he contacted me three days before and once again told me what to expect. September 2023Our roof had some traces of algae run-off (the dark black streaks starting at the roof’s highest point down to the house gutters). Even though there weren’t many streaks, we knew it would become worse if left untreated. We hired Excellent Exteriors LLC to provide a “soft wash” on our complete roof. They did an excellent thorough job for us. Our roof looks great!No streaks and no discoloration. Every time I drive down my street and see how clean our roof is, I am truly pleased we hired them! They definitely get 5 stars!!

Attention to detail and thoughtfulness in their approach was way more than I expected. They covered our bushes because we had just decorated for Halloween and they didn’t want to mess them up. Recently, I hired Excellent Exteriors to soft wash our aluminum siding and roof, and to remove accumulated oxidation from the siding. Eric and Jim did an excellent job washing the siding and especially the roof, which was covered in moss, mildew and algae. As promised, the roof looks new. However, the oxidation removal did not produce the outcome I was expecting. Nick Bailey, Sales Manager and Chase Vess, Owner, immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. This is an impressive company, which I definitely will use again, as well as recommend it to family and friends.
