This company is so great! I have had them clean my house and garage every year for several years now. The house looks beautiful, all work completed and well done. The price of the job was reasonable and appropriate. The young men doing the job were very kind, polite, and professional. All communication with the office staff was answered same day. I did not believe anything could clean years of dirt, salt residue, and lawn fertilizer stains on the sidewalk surrounding my home, but I was wrong! Colin was very professional, patient, and helpful, setting up my service appointment and he followed up after service to make sure I was happy with the results. When Mr. Hernandez and Mr. Angel promptly arrived at my home from the Excellent Exteriors Team to provide the service, they both were very polite and knowledgeable when explaining solutions and methods to remove cement stains without damaging my sidewalk. I was really surprised after the power washing was complete to find my sidewalk and patio was a bright sparkling clean, all stains/dirt removed, and washed areas were emitting a clean fresh sent of “forest rain” in the air. I am incredibly happy with their customer support and power washing service. I already scheduled for a return power washing next year to keep my property looking pristine. I highly recommend the Excellent Exteriors Team for any exterior home cleaning.

I had an excellent experience working with Excellent Exteriors. Triston was very professional—he answered all my questions, provided a detailed quote, and scheduled the job quickly and efficiently. Osbaldo, the technician, arrived on time and took the time to walk the property with me before starting to confirm all the details. He clearly explained the process and ensured everything was done just right. He and his crew were respectful of my property and left the house looking like new. At the end, Osbaldo walked me through the completed work and explained everything that had been done. I’m extremely satisfied with their quality of work and professionalism.

Technicians Ossie and Tony cleaned my roof thoroughly and efficiently. They used multiple applications of the cleaning solution until the job was done. All plants around the house were carefully watered down after each solution spray. I will use Excellent Exteriors for my next roof cleansing.

My house hadn't been power washed in years and it looked so bad! The soft wash was fast and my house looks brand new! The technicians even took time to cover my brand new front door as I was concerned that the cleaning solution might damage it. Attention to detail and thoughtfulness in their approach was way more than I expected. They covered our bushes because we had just decorated for Halloween and they didn’t want to mess them up. Didn’t even ask them to do this. Ozzie was very personable. What a terrific young man. I haven’t see someone with a work ethic like this in a long time! Definitely recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their work was incredible. They took my dad's run down deck and made it look brand new, I was impressed. But what stood out for me was their customer service. Collin in particular was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. He made sure I understood the process as well as checked in regularly when there were delays due to the weather. Collin went above and beyond to ensure that me and my dad, an elderly veteran, was well taken care of. You can tell when a company actually cares about their customers, and this one surely does.

We had our patio and walkway power-washed in May, and we are very happy with the service. Our coordinator, Nick, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions and requests. Our technician, Miguel, was friendly and treated our property with great care.Since it was our first time getting this service, we felt a little lost at first, but now we know we’ll never try to do it ourselves again. Our only regret is not taking before-and-after pictures—everything looks so clean!
