They have always been extremely accommodating and flexible with scheduling even if it meant a last minute change with a quick turnaround. The gentlemen that has done my house the last two years does great work, walks you around the house, and if there are any concerns he addresses them. Amazing work!

This was my 2nd time using Excellent Exteriors to clean the outside of my house. On both occasions, employees were prompt, friendly, and did a great job. Armando and Miguel came out today and were very professional. They offered to come back if I found any spots that needed further cleaning. Prices are reasonable and scheduling is efficient. I’ll definitely use Excellent Exteriors again.

This company is so great! I have had them clean my house and garage every year for several years now. The house looks beautiful, all work completed and well done. I did not believe anything could clean years of dirt, salt residue, and lawn fertilizer stains on the sidewalk surrounding my home, but I was wrong! Colin was very professional, patient, and helpful, setting up my service appointment and he followed up after service to make sure I was happy with the results. When Mr. Hernandez and Mr. Angel promptly arrived at my home from the Excellent Exteriors Team to provide the service, they both were very polite and knowledgeable when explaining solutions and methods to remove cement stains without damaging my sidewalk. I was really surprised after the power washing was complete to find my sidewalk and patio was a bright sparkling clean, all stains/dirt removed, and washed areas were emitting a clean fresh sent of “forest rain” in the air. I am incredibly happy with their customer support and power washing service. I already scheduled for a return power washing next year to keep my property looking pristine. I highly recommend the Excellent Exteriors Team for any exterior home cleaning.

I had an excellent experience working with Excellent Exteriors. Triston was very professional—he answered all my questions, provided a detailed quote, and scheduled the job quickly and efficiently. Osbaldo, the technician, arrived on time and took the time to walk the property with me before starting to confirm all the details. He clearly explained the process and ensured everything was done just right. He and his crew were respectful of my property and left the house looking like new. At the end, Osbaldo walked me through the completed work and explained everything that had been done. I’m extremely satisfied with their quality of work and professionalism.

Technicians Ossie and Tony cleaned my roof thoroughly and efficiently. They used multiple applications of the cleaning solution until the job was done. All plants around the house were carefully watered down after each solution spray. I will use Excellent Exteriors for my next roof cleansing.

My house hadn't been power washed in years and it looked so bad! The soft wash was fast and my house looks brand new! The technicians even took time to cover my brand new front door as I was concerned that the cleaning solution might damage it.
