Service was excellent. Rolando, was very professional, friendly, courteous, and responded to all my questions. He arrived and completed the work quickly. He power washed the exterior, cleaned my deck and the walkway of my townhouse. Prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

My house hadn't been power washed in years and it looked so bad! The soft wash was fast and my house looks brand new! The technicians even took time to cover my brand new front door as I was concerned that the cleaning solution might damage it. I will definitely be having EXCELLENT EXTERIORS out for additional work and will be recommending them to my real estate clients!!!

Attention to detail and thoughtfulness in their approach was way more than I expected. They covered our bushes because we had just decorated for Halloween and they didn’t want to mess them up. Didn’t even ask them to do this. Ozzie was very personable. What a terrific young man. I haven’t see someone with a work ethic like this in a long time! Definitely recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their work was incredible. They took my dad's run down deck and made it look brand new, I was impressed. But what stood out for me was their customer service. Collin in particular was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. He made sure I understood the process as well as checked in regularly when there were delays due to the weather. Collin went above and beyond to ensure that me and my dad, an elderly veteran, was well taken care of. You can tell when a company actually cares about their customers, and this one surely does.

We had our patio and walkway power-washed in May, and we are very happy with the service. Our coordinator, Nick, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions and requests. Our technician, Miguel, was friendly and treated our property with great care.Since it was our first time getting this service, we felt a little lost at first, but now we know we’ll never try to do it ourselves again. Our only regret is not taking before-and-after pictures—everything looks so clean!

I want to give a BIG thanks for EVERYONE at Excellent Exteriors LLC for making my Mom's life easier LOL!!I bought the power washing service for my parents as a Mother's & Father's Day gift. At first, my parents did not want to have their house power washed b/c Daddy, said he was "going to do it." However, the more Daddy kept walking around looking at the house several times a day, the more it weighed on him so, he decided to get it done!!Being my parents are in their mid 70's and have never asked for help.....Daddy of course, walked around talking the service tech, Armando to death as he worked, making sure he was doing the "same detailed job" he would have done. Lol!! Armando was absolutely PERFECT!!! He was working AND handled my Daddy with ease!My Daddy called me once Armando was gone and I could instantly hear in his voice how happy and relieved he was. He described in detail how great each part of the house looked from the gutters, window/frames, brick porch, shutters, etc...... He sounded so grateful, which means Momma & I are jumping for joy!!!!Collin, who took my call & booked me, was fabulous also!!!! Our roof and front porch look NEW! The guys did an amazing job - I don't think it's ever been this clean since the new roof was put on 6 years ago.
